In听Germany, customers have a听right to听return purchases within 14听days for听a听full refund unless they have started downloading or听streaming digital goods. A听seller can cancel 迟丑别听customer鈥檚 request to听return digital goods, but only after receiving explicit consent from 迟丑别听customers.

Previously, 迟丑别听notice for听迟丑别听limited right to听return digital products was in听迟丑别听Terms &听Conditions checkbox during checkout. To听make that notice more obvious, we听have added a听separate checkbox for听return conditions of听digital goods on听迟丑别听checkout screen:

The checkbox is听mandatory if听enabled: customers won鈥檛 be听able to听proceed to听迟丑别听next checkout steps without checking it. By听迟丑别听way, 迟丑别听checkbox is听available for听all EU-based stores!

You can enable 迟丑别听checkbox on听迟丑别听 page in听your Control 笔补苍别濒鈥揾别谤别鈥檚迟丑别听.

Display 迟丑别听Orders as听You Like

Depending on听your preferable workflow, you can expand or听shrink your order list in听your Control Panel. The new Compact view displays 迟丑别听main information about orders 补苍诲听shows more orders on听迟丑别听辫补驳别鈥揾别濒辫蹿耻濒 if听you have lots of听orders 补苍诲听don鈥檛 want to听scroll.

You can still use 迟丑别听Expanded view if听you want, which shows detailed information about orders. It听is听convenient for听processing orders without going to听迟丑别听order details page; it听can also be听helpful if听you鈥檙e just starting out 补苍诲听don鈥檛 have too many orders.

To听switch between 迟丑别听order views, go听to听迟丑别听 page 补苍诲听click 迟丑别听Expanded View link on听迟丑别听top right 补苍诲听then select Compact View. Or听vice 惫别谤蝉补鈥攎补苍补驳别 your orders in听whatever way is听most convenient for听you.

Update Order Statuses via New Action Buttons

Order statuses (such as听Paid, Shipped, etc.) help you decide what actions need to听be听taken to听process each order.

Changing statuses helps you track your fulfillment process 补苍诲听keeps your customers informed. For example, when you change 迟丑别听order status to听聯Shipped聰, your customer will automatically receive an听email notification.

Now you have three new action buttons on听迟丑别听order details page to听help you process your orders quickly:

聯Mark as听Paid聰: if听an听order has 聯Awaiting Payment聰 status
聯Mark as听Ready For Pickup聰: if听pickup is听selected as听a听delivery method
聯Mark as听Out For Delivery聰: if听local delivery is听selected as听a听delivery method.
