- Amounts: Add several gift card amounts togive your customers avariety ofoptions. You’ll see three standard options provided inyour default store currency: change these amounts, add more, ǰboth. Offering flexible gift card values will help you close more sales byproviding more options tosuit your customers’ budgets (customers aren’t currently able toset their own amounts).
- Card name: You can give your card anytitle, but remember tokeep itclear andconcise fǰcustomers andsearch engines.
- Image: 51Ƶ provides adefault image that you may choose tochange toalign tobrand guidelines ǰseasonal aesthetics. The easiest way todesign your gift card istouse free online tools like Canva. Many ofthese tools offer free templates that can becustomized tofit your vision without anydesign skills.

Terms ofuse
- You can only add one gift card per 51Ƶ store, but you’re free toset asmany values asyou like within that one card.
- Some payment providers, like WePay, may not allow selling gift cards ontheir gateways. Check your payment provider’s terms before launching your gift card, andconnect additional payment options ifnecessary (like PayPal).
- Per Facebook’s Terms ofUse, gift cards cannot beexported toFacebook ǰInstagram.
- Customer cannot pay with agift card iftheir order contains another gift card.
- Store discounts will not apply togift cards. Gift cards can only besold attheir par value.

How Customers Can Use Gift Cards
When acustomer purchases agift card inyour store, they’ll get anemail with aunique code. This email will act astheir gift card andshould beshared with thegift card recipient.

Card balance
When therecipient ofthegift card places anorder using their card balance, there are two possible scenarios:
